Blue Sky Custom living LLC is an intercultural organization with the mission to provide comprehensive quality and culturally appropriate support options for individuals with complex conditions, to facilitate community living and attain independence and personal growth.

Blue Sky Custom living provides Home and Community-Based Services (245D) a variety of services for individuals with various needs. The Home health Care services we provide remain the foundation to all of our services resulting long term benefits for our clients. Whether we are providing Personal Care attendance (PCA) or Independent Living Skills (ILS), Night Supervision, (NS) Personal Support, Employment Services and Supports (CTSS), or Respite services. Our staff always consider the wellbeing of the individuals and families we serve.

For ongoing support we provide assessments for other service needs, Basic Support Services: Homemaker services, 24-hour emergency assistant, Individualized home support, personal support, independent living skills(ILS), In home family support.

In addition, we also provide Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) through our network organization, Aspire Homes and Care Community Services to our new and existing clients. HSS is a new Minnesota MA benefit that helps people with disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorder, and seniors find and keep housing.
